Unwanted Hardware

• Return unopened hardware within 14 days for a full refund.

• Online returns must include all packaging and accessories; shipping is at your expense.

Coils

• Coils are limited lifespan items. Claims for faulty coils must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Rechargeable Vape Kits & Prefilled Pods

• These are consumables; no returns or warranty claims are accepted for hygiene reasons.

Clearance Items

• Clearance items (e.g., disposables) are sold as-is; no warranty or refunds.

• Some items may be expired or nearing expiry.

• Puff counts are manufacturer estimates.

E-Liquids & Drip Tips

• Ensure caps are secured; Vapedeal is not liable for leaks.

• Opened or used e-liquids/drip tips cannot be returned.

Mods & Atomizers

• Mods have a 30-day guarantee, excluding damage from misuse, neglect, or wear.

• Faulty mods within 30 days may be returned for inspection in original packaging.

• Atomizers (coils) must be soaked for 15 minutes before use; dead-on-arrival claims accepted within 48 hours.

Damaged Products

• Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside this window cannot be accepted.
