Unwanted Hardware
Return unopened hardware within 14 days for a full refund.
Online returns must include all packaging and accessories; shipping is at your expense.
In-store returns require proof of purchase.
Coils
Coils are limited lifespan items. Claims for faulty coils must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Rechargeable Vape Kits & Prefilled Pods
These are consumables; no returns or warranty claims are accepted for hygiene reasons.
Clearance Items
Clearance items (e.g., disposables) are sold as-is; no warranty or refunds.
Some items may be expired or nearing expiry.
Puff counts are manufacturer estimates.
E-Liquids & Drip Tips
Ensure caps are secured; Vapedeal is not liable for leaks.
Opened or used e-liquids/drip tips cannot be returned.
Mods & Atomizers
Mods have a 30-day guarantee, excluding damage from misuse, neglect, or wear.
Faulty mods within 30 days may be returned for inspection in original packaging.
Atomizers (coils) must be soaked for 15 minutes before use; dead-on-arrival claims accepted within 48 hours.
Damaged Products
Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside this window cannot be accepted.
