Questions partners ask
Do I need my own website?
No. Vape Deal is already built, with products, categories, buying guides and checkout ready to go. We connect your stock and prices to it.
Who takes the payments?
You do. Orders are paid into your own business account through your payment provider, so the money goes straight to you.
What does it cost?
Our main option is 10% of online sales (after VAT, delivery charges and refunds) plus £150 a month for running the website, SEO and marketing. We’ll send a simple written agreement before anything starts.
How long is the agreement?
We start with a 3-month trial. After that it rolls on monthly, and either side can end it with 30 days’ notice.
Who handles delivery and compliance?
You handle stock, dispatch and product compliance (TPD/MHRA-notified products, age checks on delivery). We handle the website, including age verification at entry and at checkout.
Can we sell under our own name?
The shop stays Vape Deal for customers. Your business is named as the seller in our terms and policies, as the law requires.
