Unwanted Goods – Hardware
Unwanted hardware items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase for a full refund, provided that the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
For online purchases, we will accept returns if the item has been opened but remains unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
For in-store purchases, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process your return.
For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

E-Liquids & Drip Tips
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in any way. Please check your order carefully before opening these items.
Rechargeable Vape Kits & Prefilled Pods
Rechargeable vape kits and prefilled pods are considered consumable, oral products, and therefore cannot be returned or covered under warranty once opened or used.
Claims for “dead on arrival” or lack of flavour cannot be verified due to hygiene restrictions and are not covered by warranty.
Puff counts mentioned on product listings are manufacturer estimates and may vary based on usage.
Goods – Hardware Warranty
All Mods and hardware devices come with a 60-day guarantee from the date of purchase or delivery.
However, this warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse
Wear and tear
Neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications
